Romantic comedy is leading the Telemundo Internacionals offering for LA Screenings with {Silvana sin Lana;www.produ.com/television/videos/index.html?noti=11027}, a new Telemundos production based on the successful original story Pituca sin Lucas of Mega Chile.This telenovela is the first adaptation of a Mega Chile format done by Telemundo International after signing a content distribution agreement in the end of 2015.Silvana sin Lana brings back to the screen the couple that took over millions of Latin American and European viewers with Perro Amor: Carlos Ponce and Maritza Rodríguez. Both, together with the Oscar nominee Adriana Barraza, and a major cast, are the lead characters of this story. Silvana sin Lana is an original story by Bastidas and Elena Muñoz, adapted by Sandra Velasco and directed by Luis Manzo and Ricardo Schwarz. Its being produced in Miami, and Carmen Urbaneja (Tierra de Reyes, En Otra Piel) is the executive producer.
